Hot, Hot, Hot Sauce
Join us at Herban Renewal for the hottest event of the season! Local pepper connoisseurs will drop some knowledge on the science and art of making hot sauce while you create your own batch to take home!
This two-and-a-half-hour workshop will walk you through the process of making hot sauce, give you some tips on pepper varieties and how to grow them and provide a few samples to whet your whistle. There will be samples and refreshments served during the workshop to help you keep your cool.
